Security and privacy
Privacy policy
Ovdim is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your customers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information that passes through our platform.
1. Public announcement page and activated services
The public Ovdim announcement page currently provides the announcement and a way to contact us. It does not create an account or activate phone, WhatsApp, website chat, billing, or a digital worker.
The account, channel, and worker-processing information below applies only after a customer activates the relevant service or channel. A business can control which channels it enables.
2. Operator and contact details
The operator of the service and controller of the information is Keycodes AI, LLC, operating under the Ovdim brand and trade name.
Providing information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide details needed to open an account, provide a requested service, or communicate with you, we may be unable to do so.

3. Categories of information and purposes of use
We collect and process the following categories only for the purposes set out below:
Account, organization, and contact details
Business name, authorized-user details, email address, phone number, and payment details provided during registration and account administration.
Calls and messages enabled through the platform
Phone-call content, WhatsApp messages, and website-chat content, as well as metadata such as duration, start and end times, participant numbers, and technical statuses — only when the business has activated the relevant channel.
Requests for human follow-up
When an explicit request for human follow-up is recorded, the organization retains the shortened reason (up to 500 characters), urgency, channel, and handling status so the request can appear in the operational queue. This record does not create an outbound call or message and does not promise a response time.
Billing records and access permissions
The selected plan, billing dates, amounts paid, receipts and invoices produced by the payment provider, and access status in the platform.
Security and operational logs
Login records, administrative actions, security events and failures, and diagnostics needed to keep the service stable and investigate incidents.
Marketing-site analytics and actions
Aggregate and anonymous information about viewing the site and plan pages, together with click events on calls to action, as described in the analytics section.
- Provide the service and operate the digital worker according to your business settings.
- Perform actions you explicitly request, including responding to inquiries and sending updates.
- Manage billing, receipts, and access permissions.
- Provide technical support, ongoing communication, and product improvement.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, and handle disputes.
4. Service providers and data processing
For the purposes described in this policy, we use the following providers according to the services activated:
The information shared with providers depends on the activated service and the information needed to provide it. Information may also be processed outside Israel, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- Supabase
- Twilio
- Stripe
- Vercel
- Soniox
- Kapso
- Meta
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet billing and legal obligations, and support security, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Retention can vary by category and provider, so there is no single fixed period for all information.
Call transcripts and call summaries stored in the platform are subject to a daily automatic cleanup according to the retention period configured for the organization. The default is 90 days. This period does not describe retention by service providers, billing or security records, or other categories of information.
Ovdim does not record calls in the current service configuration. Audio is processed in real time to conduct a call, and a transcript and summary may be generated when the activated service does so. If we add call recording in the future, we will update this policy and activate the required notice and consent mechanisms before use.
7. Your rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or an update to information you provided, and to request deletion or export of information relating to you, subject to applicable legal limits.
For these requests and other privacy questions, write to hello@ovdim.ai. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Information security
Information is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with managed infrastructure providers. We use access controls, activity logging, and separation between customers. This section does not present an external compliance approval or certification.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page, and the date below will identify the latest update.
