Legal terms
Terms of use
1. Acceptance of these terms
Use of the Ovdim platform is subject to acceptance of these terms. By registering for and using the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and that they form a binding agreement between you and the company.
2. Operator and contact details
The service is operated by Keycodes AI, LLC, under the Ovdim brand and trade name. You can contact us through hello@ovdim.ai, by phone at +1 940-618-9838, or by post at 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 97182, Dover, Delaware 19904, USA.
3. Nature and scope of the service
Ovdim provides a platform for creating and managing AI-based digital workers for voice responses, WhatsApp messages, and website chat. After a customer activates the service, it is supplied as a recurring monthly SaaS subscription and can include management-interface access, a dedicated telephone number, and selected integrations. Available channels and included features depend on the selected plan and activated service settings.
The public announcement page does not activate these account features. Use of an activated service must be lawful and only for legitimate business purposes. The platform may not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, or activity that breaches law or regulations applicable to the business’s industry.
4. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the legality of use in its business, including compliance with communications laws, anti-spam rules, and industry-specific regulations. The user is fully responsible for information and instructions provided to the digital worker and for the results of its operation.
5. Payments, invoices, and credits
The activated service is supplied as a recurring monthly subscription according to the selected plan. Prices presented to customers in Israel include VAT at 18%.
The public announcement page does not currently permit self-service paid signup. For services already activated, payment documents are handled according to the configured payment and invoicing flow and applicable law. New online billing will be enabled only after that flow and the applicable requirements are verified.
Credits will be provided where required by applicable law or where we expressly approve them. There is no guaranteed fixed credit window or automatic credit; each request is assessed on its merits.
6. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- Through the subscription-management or billing area of the account when that option is available.
- By email to hello@ovdim.ai.
- By telephone at +1 940-618-9838.
- By registered mail to our business address: 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 97182, Dover, Delaware 19904, USA.
- A cancellation request sent to us will be handled within three business days of receipt, or within six days from the date the registered mail was sent. When cancelling independently through the Stripe billing portal, the system shows before confirmation that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains active until then. A request for an earlier effective date will be handled in accordance with applicable law; no charge will be made for service provided after the cancellation date actually set.
- For further details and to make a cancellation, see Contact and transaction cancellation.
7. Suspension or discontinuation
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service if these terms are breached, activity puts the system or other customers at risk, or as required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and accuracy, but are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including errors made by a digital worker during conversations.
9. Privacy
The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy policy.
