Transaction cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- By email: hello@ovdim.ai.
- By telephone: +1 940-618-9838.
- By registered mail: 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 97182, Dover, Delaware 19904, USA.
- In the billing interface, when a cancellation option is available in your account.
- A cancellation request sent to us will be handled within three business days of receipt, or within six days from the date the registered mail was sent. When cancelling independently through the Stripe billing portal, the system shows before confirmation that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains active until then. A request for an earlier effective date will be handled in accordance with applicable law; no charge will be made for service provided after the cancellation date actually set.
